* Taj Mahal : The most popular tourist attraction in Agra, the Taj Mahal is what attracts many to Agra. The symbol of love, the Taj Mahal is an emperor's gift to his deceased wife. Shah Jahan the Mughal emperor constructed the Taj Mahal in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. The Taj Mahal stands on the bank of the Yamuna and is built on red sandstone base.
* Agra Fort : The credit to build the massive fortress goes to the Mughal emperor Akbar. He started the construction of the fort and later additions were made by his son Jehangir and grandson Shah Jahan.
* Itmad-Ud-Daula Tomb : The tomb of Mirza Giyas Beg was built by his daughter Nurjahan. Mirza Ghiyas Beg was an officer in the court of Jehangir and was honoured with the title of Itmad-ud-Daula. Nurjahan was the wife of the Mughal emperor Jehangir. Itmad-Ud-Daula Tomb was built in 1628.
* Radhaswamy Satsang, Dayalbagh : This highly ornate memorial to the founder of the Radhaswamy satsang has been in the making for several years and is still being worked upon. It is entirely in marble, upon which every manner of ornamentation has been applied.
