* Sahastradhara : Sahastradhara is situated at a distance of 11KMs from the city of Dehradun. Medicinal properties and the scenic beauty of these cold sulphur springs have made these springs a major tourist attraction. Tourist from across the India comes here to take a bath in these cold sulphur springs.
* Mahadev Temple : This cave temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Located 5.5 Km away from Dehradun’s city center, this temple is built on banks of a seasonal river. It’s called Tapkeshwar Mahadev temple, because a constant drip of water falls from the ceiling on Shivling.
* Malsi Deer Park : Malsi deer park is 10 KMs away from Dehradoon. It is situated on the way to Mussoorie. This mini zoo lies in the foot of Shivalik range and is home to wild species like Neelgai and the two horned deer. It’s a perfect sighseeing and picnic spot.
* Wadia Institute of Himalayan Geology : This institute is the best center in India for Himalayan geology. Established in 1968, this institute has an interesting museum displaying rock samples, semi precious stones and Himalayan Fossils.
